Agile learning model: Self centric learning

Digital learning is the learning that is replacing traditional style of learning. Digital learning overcomes all the issues of traditional teaching methodologies. In this paper, digital self learning model is proposed that is based on ego attribute of agile participants. The proposed agile learning model makes learning better for learners at every stage of their life. This model is based on expertise of leaders of specific domain. Without their knowledge this model is useless. Agile learning model may also be followed in organizations to handle competitive challenges.
