Notice of Retraction
After careful and considered review of the content of this paper by a duly constituted expert committee, this paper has been found to be in violation of IEEE´s Publication Principles.

This paper analyses coal status of Jinjie Coal Mine (branch of China´s Shenhua Shendong Coal Company) with the Total Quality Control to identify the existing quality problems and analyze the various causes of quality problems. Then propose expected results and plans of the quality control or improved activities. This research will give guidance to JinJie Coal Mine about how to carry out TQC, and then advance the enterprise competition and assure its stable and continual development.
