Abstract :
In order to enhance the effectiveness and pertinence of chemical accident emergency disposal, the emergency disposal decision system based on the PDA was designed, which can solve the scene decision-making difficult problem effectively and standard emergency handling procedure. Emergency handling plan is formed by the system according to the analysis of accident situations, accident happening spots and accident mediums, to instruct the scene personnel to do the initial accident emergency work promptly. Meanwhile, the functions of the PDA such as positioning, wireless transmittal of information and the ability of communication are applied to timely transmit spot images of accidents and status messages which furnish the first-hand data for the emergency assessment, decision-making and resource dispatching of back-end platform. The application of system will promote the emergency decision-making of scene pertinently and scientifically.
