Abstract :
Assessment index data missing value added model, fitness comprehensive assessment model and fitness index weight coefficient calculation model are set up based on the basic principles of artificial neural network, taking certain staff of one university in Shanghai as subjects. Precisions of learning samples and verified samples in assessment index data missing value added model are respectively 86.9 percent and 85.7 percent, which can be used to supplement missing value and predict index; precisions of learning samples and verified samples in fitness comprehensive assessment model are respectively 91.7 percent and 90.4 percent, which can be used to calculate practical assessment; fitness index weight coefficient calculation model apply new thoughts to the solution of fitness index weight coefficient, worthy to spread and apply widely.
