  • Abstract
Enterprises blindly following up internet application can contain enormous risks. Whether enterprises design or copy certain e-commerce models, it is necessary to conduct a feasibility research into the models to reduce the risk of e-commerce investment. The feasibility analysis of the e-business model should be centered on the key points of value proposition and creation processes. We proposed a feasibility analysis concept framework of e-business model based on the value and feasibility research ideas in Technical Economics. That is a closed-loop and feedback process, which is from the opportunity analysis to the matching analysis and then to the effectiveness analysis.
