Abstract :
Two methods for the range expansion of velocities measurement of dynamic micro objects in television scanning optical microscope are proposed. The methods consist in single scanning of micro object with full-format raster, its co-ordinate detection and cessation of scanning by full-format raster. Further scanning of micro object is realized by mini-rasters. The center of any next mini-raster coincides with micro object coordinates in previous scanning.
