Abstract :
The article has given an overview of the scaling of the universe of the risk management systems´ input parameters, which can also be well-managed in a fuzzy environment. From the point of view of scaling, several types of scaling can be defined. The case study presented in this paper is a pipeline reconstruction priority model.
