Abstract :
As we know, in long-term work stress, long duration of typing and incorrect posture situation will cause neck and shoulder soreness. They even come of dizziness, poor blood circulation. Hence, the main purpose of this article is to solve the above mentioned issues by starting from neck and shoulder meridians massage, then, to study the physiological effects of autonomic nervous system and blood circulation after massage. In the experimental design, first of all, 12 in-service students were chosen to undergo neck and shoulder meridians massage. Moreover, 12 students acted as the control group in the experiment. By means of 10 minutes acupuncture point massage, and the order are Fengchi acupoint, Fengfu acupoint, Tianzhu acupoint, Gaomang acupoint and Jianjing acupoint, we slightly press the acupoints in order to achieve the effect of eliminating fatigue and improve blood circulation. Then, using 5-minute average data, which include: very low frequency power (VLF), low frequency power (LF), high frequency power (HF), total power (TP) and the ratio of low frequency ratio and high frequency power (LF/HF) to compare two groups of participants´ heart rate variability, blood dynamics and heart rate variability of autonomic nervous activity. After the experiment data had got, the GM(0,N) is used to analyze every relevant factors weighting in the system. Besides, we also develop a computer toolbox, which by Matlab to assist a huge data of numerical computing and analysis.
