            Abstract : 
We describe the implementation of various ROADMs in standard silica-on-silicon waveguide technology for use in optical transmission systems. This robust, proven, technology offers cost-effective solutions for reconfigurable networks, supporting flexible provisioning, in-service rearrangement, and modular growth.
