Abstract :
This document is about comprehensive HRM based on e-HR, which has realized HRM´s strategic value, reflected modern management ideas such as BPR, CRM, as a result, e-HR will be representing the future new pattern of HRM. Under this economic crisis caused by USA Financial Crisis in 2008, executives, HR professionals, line managers and employees can all get various services and specific HR solutions based on e-HR, for example, labor cost accounting, reducing staff and compensation´s decision-making, flexible payment design, business-manpower index model setting, performance process management, knowledge-sharing platform, on-line EAP counseling etc.
