With the background of knowledge economy, the rapid process of economic integration, the rapid technological development, the sharp decrease in the product life cycle, and the increasing industry competitive lead to an unpredictable and dynamic commerce environment which brings a lot of uncertainties to enterprises. This paper designs a four-dimension model of enterprise knowledge ecosystem based on its characteristics of exterior environments, interior environments, system itself and knowledge carrier structure, builds the enterprise dynamical capability model based on enterprise´s business logic--competition strategy, business model, and business process, and proposes the influencing mechanism model of dynamical capability based on enterprise knowledge ecosystem. This paper aims to guide enterprises to enhance the anti-risk capability, improve operating models, promote the rapid development of enterprises, and drive e-commerce technologies application to the all enterprises.
