Abstract :
An adaptive optics system is proposed to increase the signal to noise ratio of a laser Doppler wind measurement system with a wavelength of 2 μ. If the laser provides a pulse repetition rate of 100-1000 pulses per second and pulse bursts of 10-100 ns pulses every 1-2 ms, the signal power averaged, over speckle from the aerosol target can be increased
