Abstract :
We employ a simulation environment to investigate the influence of hardware parameters on the performance of wireless communication systems at THz frequencies under realistic propagation constraints. The achievable data rates and the required channel bandwidths are estimated for a range of hardware and system parameters in an indoor scenario.
