Abstract :
This paper proposes a new method for constructing a simulation debugging environment (SDE) of embedded computer (EC) software. The method uses a behavior abstract specification, automatic program generation and reuse techniques for constructing a new type of SDE efficiently and rapidly. After introducing a basic structure of SDE, the paper proposes a specification model for ordinary ECs and the main parts of the implemented system. The experiment has shown that the proposed method has greatly increased the efficiency for constructing SDE software
