Abstract :
In order to find a more effective and practical method for risk management of real estate investment, an improved The Analytic Hierarchy Process model was proposed. The model introduces the football game model to the AHP and set up the hierarchy model. Then, the method was employed to the risk analysis of real estate investment. Application results show that the method proposed here is more effective and practical. This study provides a new method for the risk management of real estate investment.
