Abstract
The robust stability of feedback designs for discrete-time, singularly perturbed systems is discussed. The developed stability measures complement the quantitative information for unmodeled fast modes that cannot be obtained by the usual qualitative analyses. The approach is able to provide an explicit, computable bound on the magnitude of the neglected dynamics that could be tolerated by the nominal stabilizing control design
