Case Analysis of the Enterprise Reform Based on the Logistics and Supply Chain Management

Currently the competition between enterprises is of logistics and supply chain. The enterprise with a more responsive supply chain will be the winner. Amongst the elements of supply chain logistics is the most prominent element hence its response time will determine that of the whole supply chain. And if an enterprise wants to realize modern logistics it has to reform the management. This paper mainly emphasizes the relationship between modern logistics and enterprise reformation by analyzing the case of Xinfei Electric which has realized modern logistics and reengineered the process of the enterprise successfully.
