Abstract :
With the wide popularity of Internet, E-commerce is the informative outcome of 20´s century springing up vigorously. China is a developing country and logistics starts at a late and low level. How to raise logistics level efficiently is the key to the development pace of Chinese E-commerce. This paper just focuses on the competitiveness analysis for logistics enterprises in E-commerce. The author firstly reviewed the Principal Component Analysis method, and then explained how to select the samples and evaluating indicators. Furthermore, the main calculating procedures and analytical method were discussed for the competitiveness analysis. According to the competitiveness analysis method, we can seek these principal constituent factors so as to know how to increase the logistics enterprises´ competitiveness. And also know the macro-situation of Chinese logistics from the micro information and data.
