Abstract :
This paper, through the construction of customer database of the customer relationship management, has probed into the customer- database relational model and the development of the customer database procedure with emphasis. Then, it also has drawn the structural chart of the customer database system and has described the application mechanism of the customer database. Finally, combining with the business management practices, it has discussed about how the customer database can help business decisions.
