A practical and multi-layer net for supplier management is brought up. Firstly, through analyzing the problems of supplier management, the necessity of researching on supplier management is pointed out; secondly, the paper sets up the multi-layer net for supplier management by combining ABC and XYZ analytical methods, and discusses the applications of the net from theory aspect; finally, the feasibility and validity of the net are illustrated by an example. Summarization and prospect are done in the end.
