Abstract
The proposed switched-current memory cell is based on a specific structure that reduces the error due to the output conductance. It uses a low power supply, offers high-resolution, and is destined for low-frequency applications. A track and hold circuit built from this base cell presents a sampling frequency of 2.68 MHz. The simulation of the harmonic distortion is about -84.6 dB for 20 kHz frequency input signal. The power dissipation is 0.39 mW
