Abstract :
The research purpose of this paper is to discuss skill education´s computer simulation training method and, with traditional film teaching method as the control group, know about the learning effectiveness of freshmen majoring in catering with respect to mise-en-place course of Western-style food. Moreover, the paper will probe further into the personal characteristics that affect the willingness to participate in simulation learning, and the user experience of instructional media.
