Abstract
Nonlinear optical microscopy (NLOM) was applied for monitoring dermal wound healing after mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs) transplantation. Our results showed that NLOM can reveal different regeneration-mechanisms of collagen in non-treated and MSCs-treated wound dermis.
