Opinions about the Development of Agricultural e-Commerce in the New Socialism Countryside Construction

This paper introduces the basic concepts of e-commerce and the problems among agricultural e-commerce of China. It briefly describes the remarkable significance of the e-commerce in agriculture, the current situations and features of the applications in China´s e-business. Combined with the constraint factors that exist in the current development of, the article mainly presents the strategies of how to develop agricultural e-commerce in china, making e-commerce play its due role in the promotion of agricultural production, thus, serving for the construction in a new socialism countryside.
