Analysis of SaaS-Based E-Commerce Platform

With the development of network and the increasing informational requirement, E-commerce is required to expand its scope of service, including not only the transaction and cooperation among enterprises, but also the internal intra-enterprise management. In this paper, the history of e-commerce is reviewed and the limitations of present E-commerce mode are analyzed, and then SaaS (Software-as-a-Service) is introduced into the e-commerce for constructing SaaS-based e-commerce platform. In the end, some new arising security issues of this new platform are discussed with corresponding solutions to deal with these problems.
