            Abstract : 
Published differential log-domain filter topologies are special cases of a more general class that allows for new common-mode responses. Criteria are presented for common-mode circuits that preserve the linearity of the external differential signals. New common-mode feedback circuits that meet these criteria are compared through simulation, exploring trade-offs between peak transient current amplitudes and common-mode rejection
