Abstract :
On behalf of the Organization Committee of Oriental COCOSDA 2011, I am delighted to welcome all of you to Oriental COCOSDA Conference in Taiwan. The Oriental COCOSDA is known as an Asian chapter of the International Committee for Co-ordination and Standardization of Speech Databases and Assessment Techniques (COCOSDA). Since 1998, this annual Oriental COCOSDA Workshop or Conference has been hosted by 12 cities of Asian countries. Following the successful Oriental COCOSDA 2010 in Kathmandu, Nepal, the 14th Oriental COCOSDA is hosted by National Chiao Tung University in Hsinchu.
