Abstract :
Current-made frequency discriminators are introduced which can be realized by cascading current-mode sections, and design information is provided. A fifth order design example is given which provides 24 dB/octave attenuation at high frequencies. This circuit uses only three current conveyors. It is simulated using non-ideal models for the current conveyors, and the effects of the parasitic elements are discussed
