Abstract
The recent research efforts on microwave and millimeter-wave technologies in National Taiwan University (NTU) are presented in this paper. The scope of our researches includes passive elements, and monolithic microwave integrated circuits (MMICs), together with the device modelling, design methodology, measurement techniques, and system integrations. Major research programs at NTU will also be introduced.
