Abstract :
In this paper, the investigations on low sideloble slot array antennas based on the full and half mode substrate integrated waveguide technology are presented. The design procedures are described. For verification purpose, several linear and planar arrays are simulated and fabricated with a normal low cost printed circuit board (PCB) process. Both measured and simulated results are in good agreement which demonstrated the capability of sidelobe suppression.
