Abstract
Family Enterprises need to employ professional managers in order to carry out sustainable development strategy. During the process, there are various challenges as well as opportunities. By means of selecting, examining and cultivating the professional managers, ecological relationships of mutualistic symbiosis and synergy evolution can be established between them.
