Abstract :
Wireless video transmission presents several problems to the design of a video codec for such an application. These problems include: bandwidth availability, Bit Error Rates (BER), and power consumption. This paper describes the design and implementation of a low power, error resilient variable-length encoder and decoder to address these issues
