Abstract
Summary form only given, as follows. The value of dynamic 3-D graphics for depicting the results of complex numerical calculations has by now been well documented. The process of creating such high-quality image sequences, however, has thus far been largely disconnected from the actual scientific process. Instead, it has generally remained in the domain of graphics specialists. A more recent trend has been toward the development of real-time visualization tools for actual data analysis, but these generally lack the ability to generate presentation materials, such as annotated slides or video. In the presentation given at the conference the specification for an end-to-end data analysis and presentation system was presented.<>
