Abstract :
This paper presents a new type of timed-release encryption (TRE), called global TRE (GTRE). TRE aims to control the timing of disclosing information. A promising approach assumes that any participants can receive a time token broadcasted by a trusted agent. GTRE improves the tolerance to missing receiving time tokens without interaction between any participants.
