Abstract :
This paper presents a modeling of 3-port symmetric inductor, which has input, output, and center-tapped ports, in various operation modes. An equivalent circuit model is also presented, which can express characteristics for all signal excitation modes and conditions of center-tapped port. The simulation result agrees with the measurement in all modes.
