Research on Diagnosis Method for Analyzing Implementation Status in Engineering Projects

Abstract :
Two prerequisites to diagnose implement status of engineering project are pointed out, where, one is a reference standard of diagnosis index, another is a judgment standard of diagnosis result. All diagnosis indexes are divided into three kinds during the analysis of diagnosis index standards, and their corresponding index standards can be determined by such methods as citation, reference and evaluation relatively. Then, the method to transform all indexes´ values into a uniform standard is proposed, and a model to integrate all indexes values is set up too. Based on which, in order to enable diagnosis results to be judged, a judgment standard to identify the implement status is established according to some suggestions from project managers. At last, a real engineering example is presented for explaining how to use the engineering diagnosis method and proving the validity of the method.
