Abstract :
How do corporate social responsibility (CSR) demands of stakeholders influence corporate green innovation supply? Through single case study of Narada in China, some findings are summarized as following: Firstly, firm supplies green innovation, which can improve CSR performance, to meet stakeholders´ CSR demands. Furthermore, market-related stakeholders´ CSR demands are more resulting in green product innovation and non-market-related stakeholders´ CSR demands are more resulting in green process innovation. Secondly, internal stakeholders´ CSR demands more lead to proactive green innovation and external stakeholders´ CSR demands more lead to reactive green innovation. Thirdly, there are existing interactive influences between different stakeholders´ CSR demands, which makes whole social CSR awareness continuously improvement.
