The analysis of the aggressive driving for the traffic safety

It is argued that a better understanding of aggressive driving will allow more appropriate and effective work-related road safety policies and procedures to be developed, possibly leading to a greater effectiveness in reducing work-related road traffic incidents. This paper firstly discusses aggressive driving definition and three levels during aggressive driving according to severity. The main objective of this study is to identify the primary causal factors of the aggressive driving and underline their effect on traffic safety. In addition, the study attempts to increase drivers´ awareness of their actions on the roadway and point out the consequences associated with these actions.
