Abstract :
The economic globalization and technology revolution gave birth to industrial technology innovation alliance. It can be seen that selection of cooperation partners is the important link of the healthy operation of alliance after analysis of the present situation. Based on the analysis of partner selection in the existing alliance, this paper summarizes the problems in the operation of the alliance. Combined with the SEMATECH case study, this paper also discusses the thoughts and criteria of partner selection in alliance.
