Research on road tunnel fire state and correlative preventing measure

Abstract :
It is believed that the excessive multifarious preventing measures are useless in tunnel. In this paper, depending on the analyses on the fire classification of tunnel the development law of different fire airflow, some correlative preventing measures are proposed by the requirements of currently road tunnel. They includes the requirements of aeration wind speed, the setting of vent of smoke, the arrangement requirements of fire preventing subarea, and the necessity of adoption of special fireproofing material. At last, some simulations of the fire smoke expand laws are given. All of these prove that our studies are effective to design and construction of the road tunnel.
