Abstract :
In the process of automobile braking force detected there are a lot of questions at present, mainly including low sampling frequency, big measure error and other problems. A new-style fully-automatic automobile braking performance measure and control system is designed in paper, it is based on a double-sheet structure consists of complex programmable logic device CPLD and single-chip MCU. The detection principle of braking performance, hardware and software design are presented, especially to the key technology in hardware design gives detailed descriptions. The system is able to achieve accurate measurement of the system parameters such as braking force and wheel speed with CPLD EMP7128S and MCU AT89S52, and it has good performance of reliability, real-time and efficiency.
