Abstract :
Contacts were developed to contact organic molecules to a metal or semiconductor substrate. Metal contacts were developed for thiol based chemical organic molecules and semiconductor contacts were developed for silane-based chemistry of molecules. The development of these contacts enables us to study electronic properties of organic molecules
