Abstract :
Summary form only given as follows. Project management is a central issue in the life of most private or public organizations. The selection of the most appropriate technologies is becoming a harder decision to make for several reasons: the spectrum of available technologies is much wider; the major attributes of alternative technologies may present high differences and the use of out-sourcing solutions is more common. In this paper, a multi-criteria model is proposed to support the process of selecting technologies for project management
