Abstract :
With the coming of the knowledge economy era, knowledge workers have played an important role in modern enterprises. The new knowledge economy brings many and large challenges to the knowledge workers, such as frequently transferring of knowledge workers leads to the instability of companies, more difficult performance appraisal on knowledge workers leads to the distortion of appraisal results, and poor self-management effects of knowledge workers lead to the failure of enterprise cohesion and so on. However, the traditional incentive strategies on knowledge workers can not fully play its role because they could not meet the comprehensive needs of knowledge workers. Therefore, the incentive mechanisms and strategies on knowledge workers should be innovated, which is described in this paper from angles of informal communication and feedback, fair and differences, flexibility and comprehension to change the traditional incentive mechanism, and from angles of people-oriented concept, vocational training, the Total Pay Policy, and autonomous working atmosphere to implement the new incentive strategies.
