Abstract :
The hypothesis of human nature is the basic view of human nature. With the time goes, The shortcomings of traditional hypotheses gradually emerged the article proposed power man hypothesis, and based on which some puzzlement in management science is discussed and some enlightenments to improving management method is presented.
