Abstract :
Hofstede´s culture values framework has been widely used by researchers since it was first raised in 1980. Long-term orientation is one of the five dimensionalities of the framework which came from “Confucius Dynamics”. Previous research indicated that it has an positive effect on stuffs´ willingness of knowledge sharing. This paper intends to explore the mechanism hidden between them, and find a perception of long-term interaction plays a mediate role between them.
