Abstract :
Entering knowledge economic age, the amount of enterprise holding knowledge and the ability to develop and utilize knowledge have been the sharp weapon to deal with market competition and the ever source to develop continuously, and knowledge sharing is the most important part of knowledge management. With nonstandard employing knowledge workers more and more common, the knowledge sharing between nonstandard employing and standard employing workers has been coming important for enterprise to accumulate and create knowledge. Firstly this paper divides nonstandard employment into four models based on labor contract and social embeddedness theoretic views, and then tests the knowledge sharing effectiveness difference among models by empirical research. The research show the knowledge sharing effectiveness of nonstandard employing knowledge workers are various, and the embeddedness into working organizational network is more vital impacting view comparing with the labor contract maturity.
