Abstract
China is furthering its reform of state-owned enterprises and establishing a modern enterprise system. Human resource as a important part of the modern enterprise system. Job analysis sits at the heart of all human resource practices, making it a critically important in every organization. However, the central enterprises´ special role in national economy determined the job analysis for the central enterprises´ executive position must follow certain rules. In this paper, we discussed Job analysis model and implementation strategy for the central enterprises´ executive position.
