Abstract :
Recent years, nonstandard employment has been coming an important method for organization to increase its flexible ability. Especial the nonstandard employing knowledge workers (NSE KWs) have been the vital part of organization´s core competition. NSE KWs have different natures and working context comparing with standard employing knowledge workers (SE KWs), so there are different factors to influence their job satisfaction (JS). However there is little research on this topic. This research investigates main influencing factors of JS of NSE KWs, and compare the influencing factors´ difference between NSE and SE KWs.
