Abstract :
This article revised the colleges´ employment self-efficacy (ESE) scale, and measured 330 undergraduates using the scale. The results are as follows: The structures of students´ ESE consists of five dimensions including self-evaluation of personality, labor market, schools reputation, academic achievement and job information and skills. The overall students´ ESE reached an average or above; Students from different grades and majors have significant difference, the scores of seniors are higher than that of the juniors, and accounting students have higher efficacy than business management students. The undergraduates of different genders, different native place and those between single child and non-single child don´t have significant difference, but male students have higher scores than female students, the scores of students from cities are higher than those from rural areas, and non-single children have higher efficacy than single children. University should carry out different employment instructions for different students.
